Inspect roof for existing damage.
We will start by making sure there is no existing roof damage or solar panel damage. If any damage is found, pictures will be taken and documented and brought to your attention.
Photo documentation.
Sanitize & Disinfect and clean roof / work area.
After roof inspection is accomplished, we will then spray a bleach / soap mix to break down the bird feces and disinfect the work area for our safety. After disinfecting & sanitizing, we will clean underneath your solar panels, roof and gutters, removing all bird droppings and scent.
includes: Bird scent removal - Disinfecting - Sanitizing - Roof cleaning - Gutter cleaning - solar panel cleaning - Ground cleaning.
Critter guard installation.
After cleaning is achieved, we will then install a critter guard PVC coated mesh around the perimeter of the solar panels, preventing birds from entering underneath the solar panels and nesting.
No drilling required, we will never drill into solar panels.

Finally, to clean solar panels with purified DI water and soft bristle brush.
